PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a heat-insulating double-wall metal container structured with a metal inner container and outer container piled on each other by simple processes. SOLUTION: (A) recess (S) is formed at the upper part on the outer circumference of an inner container (A) with a flat board part (AU) overhanging outward from the whole circumference of an upper opening of the inner container and a vertically having part (AF) formed by bending the outer edge of the flat board part downward and a main body side wall. An outer container (B) has an upper opening whose diameter is larger then that of the upper opening of the inner container, smaller than that of the vertically hanging part (AF). The upper end of the outer container (B) is inserted into the recess (S) mentioned above, and soldered with the recess in a vacuum space to manufacture this heat-insulating double-wall metal container. In another case, the recess is formed at the upper part on the outer circumference of the inner container with a slanting wall bent outer downward from the total circumference of the upper opening and the main body side wall. The outer container has the upper opening whose diameter is larger than that of the upper opening of the inner container, smaller than that of the slanting wall. The upper end of the outer container is inserted into the recess mentioned above and soldered with the recess in a vacuum space to manufacture the heat-insulating double-wall metal container.
