PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an excessive supply of oil in an underground tank of an oil supply station by automatically closing a delivery valve of an on-vehicle tank in response to an emergency cutoff signal from the outside. SOLUTION: Bottom valves 4 are provided on the side of the bottom 2B in liquid sections 3 respectively in an on-vehicle tank 2 of the tank truck. For delivering oil from the liquid sections 3 of the tank 2, the valves 4 are opened and closed by remote-controlling a link mechanism 16 and an operation lever 21 from the outside. A cylinder device 22 for emergency cut-off is provided in opposition to a link rod 18 of the mechanism 16. If an underground tank of an oil supply station is fully filled with oil, the cylinder device 22 is actuated by an emergency cut-off signal to drive the valves 4 in a valve closing direction through the mechanism 16, whereby unloading of oil can be automatically cut off.
