PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a plastic filter for separating antistatic particulates having an equal performance with a conventional black plastic filter and also having white color tone. SOLUTION: The white plastic filter is sintered and formed after mixing a conductive material having the whiteness (L value) of >=50 to thermoplastic plastic particles, and the specific volume resistance of the obtained sintered formed body is <=109Ωcm. As the conductive material, zinc oxide (aluminum is added as a dopant material) or the material obtained by forming a transparent conductive film of tin oxide (antimony is added as the dopant material) or indium oxide (tin is added as the dopant material) on the surface of a white metal oxide such as titanium oxide or a white material such as titanium oxide is used.
