PRODUCTION METHOD OF RESIN MOLDED ARTICLE CONTAINING HOLLOW GLASS MICROSPHERES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a resin molded article that contains hollow glass microspheres having a small breakage rate and that has great strength and is excellent in weight reduction, a reduced dielectric constant and a reduced dielectric dissipation factor. SOLUTION: A heat fusible resin composition containing hollow glass microspheres that have an average particle diameter of 0.1-30μm and have particles the diameter of which is 0.1-30μm constituting not less than 90 wt.% of the total particles and that have an apparent density of 0.1-0.8 g/cm3 is molded by fusion at a temperature not less than the fusion temperature of the resin under a pressure of not more than 200 MPa to produce the resin molded article.
