PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet folder simplified in a folding mechanism thereof and capable of reducing a space for the folding mechanism. SOLUTION: This paper sheets folder is provided with a folding blade and a pair of pressurizing and carrying rollers, and a blade tip of the folding blade is moved while pushing it to a folding position of a paper sheet, and the folding position of the paper sheet is pressed into between the pair of pressurizing and carrying rollers. In this paper sheet folder, an engaging body 12 having a long groove 12a is fixed to a folding blade 11, and an eccentric pin 16 fixed to a rotary driving shaft 14 of a rotary driving source 13 is fitted in the long groove 12a of the engaging body 12, and the turning movement of the eccentric pin 16 is transmitted to the folding blade 11 for movement, and guides 17 abutting on the folding blade 11 guide the moving direction. With this structure, a mechanism between the rotary driving source 13 for driving the folding blade 11 and the folding blade 11 is simplified, and a distance between them is shortened. |
