PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzing method and material for identifying a modulator on the phosphorylation form of nuclear serine/threonine protein kinase which is called nuclear Dbf 2 relevant kinase (Ndr). SOLUTION: This objective is solved by phosphorylated nuclear Dbf 2 relevant (Ndr) phosphokinase on Ser-281 and/or Thr-444, its functional homologue or its modulator. |
