PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag-in-box the aseptic filling of which can be executed efficiently and quickly even in a limited space without allowing the contents to be left scarcely in an inner bag after the filling, and also to provide a method for filling a liquid or fluid matter with the bag-in-box. SOLUTION: For a bag-in-box equipped with a flexible container as an intermediate container having an inner bag therein and being available for lifting up and for a method for pouring a liquid or fluid matter out of the inner bag of the bag-in-box for aseptic filling, processes of the filling comprise a process for lifting up the intermediate container serving as the flexible container having the inner bag therein from an outer container, a process for connecting a spout provided at the lower part of the inner bag to an injection port of a previously sterilized container to be filled while the intermediate container is being lifted up, and a process for releasing the state of closure at the spout of the inner bag. |
