PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening part device without opening a gap on the joined part of resin-made cover materials. SOLUTION: The opening part device is provided with a frame body 1 comprising upper and lower frames and right and left vertical frames 3, the resin- made cover materials 13, 15 covering at least a part of the surface of the indoor side of the frame body 1, first covering parts 22a, 23a arranged on the joined part A of the cover materials 13, 15 and covering the end of one cover material 15, and a resin-made corner member 21 having a second covering part 26 for covering the end of the other cover material 13. The end of one cover material and the first covering part are overlapped at prescribed widths W1, W2, and the end of the other cover material and the second covering part are overlapped at a prescribed width W3.
