PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin pallet which can solve problems that the strength of a connection part of a deck board to a stay part is insufficient, the deformation is large, cargoes can not be stably loaded, and a load collapse can occur during the deformation for a long time. SOLUTION: In the pallet having the upper and lower deck boards connected to each other by the stay parts, and reinforcement ribs substantially parallel to a side surface and the reinforcement ribs in a direction substantially the same as the fork inserting direction provided on a lower side of the deck boards, a cladded portion is provided on the part to be connected to the stay part of the reinforcement rib substantially parallel to the side surface of the pallet. The lower side of the cladded part is inclined downward to the stay part, and preferably provided on a plurality of the reinforcement ribs to connect the stay parts.
