PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent binding failure by having a means for positioning a string body sent out in binding. SOLUTION: When a string body H is sent out, with the rotation of a rotary panel 70, the front opening edge of a notch 70c pushing the curved part of a rotary member 81 to the right side moves to the left. Then the rotary member 81 rotates on a pivot 81a, allowing the rotation of a string pressing member 82. A string pressing pin 82b presses the string body H sent out from the front side of a notch 10a to a member M to be bound for positioning the string body H. This way binding failure can be prevented.
