PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of danger and low efficiency in conventional automobile dismantling work. SOLUTION: A turnable arm 3 is projected from an elevating body 2 elevatingly fitted to a longitudinal device body 1, and the arm 3 is provided with an automobile pedestal 4 and a clamp 6. The elevating body 2 is elevated to elevate an automobile 5 clamped by the pedestal 4 and the clamp 6 to an optional height, and the arm 3 is turned to rotate the automobile 5 to an optional angle. The pedestal 4 is formed in fork shape or plate shape opened at the opening. The pedestal 4 can be longitudinally moved and stopped in an optional position.
