PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating amusement device capable of vertically floating and stably flying with a smaller air lift while minimizing the gas capacity and wind velocity to be imparted to a flying object and entertaining any passenger regardless of the operation skill thereof with amusement sense. SOLUTION: This device comprises a flying object 3 which generates an air lift (f) within a wind channel 2 by the wind sent from a blowing fan 4 according to the operation by a passenger and is moored in the front part in the blowing direction. A controller 18 feedback controls a lifting device 6 so as to lift the flying object 3 upward with a fixed lifting force F never exceeding the total weight W of the flying object 3 and the passenger.
