PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control photographing so as not to degrade an image quality by a movement of a subject. SOLUTION: This medical imaging apparatus for photographing the subject, comprises movement detecting means 42, 28 for detecting a movement of the subject and a photographing control means 11 for photographing a medical image at minimum time of a movement of the subject detected by the movement detecting means. Thus, photographing can be controlled so as not to degrade an image quality by the movement of the subject, and there is no need to perform rephotographing, eliminating a useless exposure of a radioactive ray to the subject.
