PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric extraction container capable of securely extracting a prescribed quantity of contained liquid without splashing the liquid. SOLUTION: At the start of extraction, an extraction switch 12 is pressed to rotate an electric pump 19 at a low speed with a small current fed from a drive circuit 21 for a small quantity and a small quantity of hot water A is poured into a vacant cup B. By pressing the extraction switch 12 again, the electric pump 19 is rotated at a high speed with a large current fed from a drive circuit 20 for a regular quantity and a regular quantity of hot water A is continuously added to the hot water A previously poured into the cup B. Therefore, a prescribed quantity of hot water A can be poured into the cup B without splashing hot water outside of the cup B. Hot water A or other liquids (e.g. tea, coffee, etc.), may be added for the shortage, or the consistency of the contained liquid may be thinned.
