PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple structure for deodorizing a stained diaper or towel during travelling caring to prevent the diffusion of an offensive smell to the periphery in a transport vehicle for caring placing a towel heating and housing casing, a rearranging shelf, a fabric bag housing stained diapers and towels or a lidded plastic bucket on a handcart to perform travelling caring for replacing a diaper or wiping the body in a hospital or a protective institution. SOLUTION: An optical deodorizing device 17 having a storage battery 22 as a power supply and a bucket 18 are combined within a housing case 14 and the bucket 18 is used in place of a partition plate to form a space for convecting an offensive smell between the bucket and the optical deodorizing device 17 to obtain a deodorizing container simple in structure.
