PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insole which has excellent durability, shape retaining and cushioning properties and is hard to become stuffy, and has improved draining and drying characteristics after being washed so that cleanness can be always maintained by washing. SOLUTION: In the insole, a reticulate structure, in which filaments made of a thermoplastic elastic resin are formed into loops and most of the contact points thereof are joined to one another, serves as a cushioning layer.
