PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a low-tar filter tip capable of efficiently removing gas/vapor phase components in a cigarette smoke. SOLUTION: This filter tip is provided with a molded activated carbon 10 having activated carbon and a molding binder. Channels 12 are formed in the longer direction of the filter tip on the outer periphery of the molded activated carbon. Gas/vapor phase components in a cigarette smoke can be efficiently removed. The filter tip is especially suitable for a filter tip of triple structure for a low-tar product.
