A lower back support comprising individual segments received on, and rotatable around, a central rod. The segments may be separated by spacers and each end of the rod may be provided with a threaded locking cap to secure the segments and spacers. The underside of each segment may be provided with grooves to prevent slippage when in use. In use, the support is placed under the back of a user lying in a supine or semi-supine position. The support offers traction, movement and pressure to the lumbar, sacro-lumbar and sacroiliac joints. |
