PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a management apparatus for the motion quantity of an animal which enables alarm signals outputted by the abnormality in motion quantity such as sexual excitement of an animal to be reliably recognized and enables measures to early be taken. SOLUTION: The management apparatus is equipped with a vibration detector 11, an integrating counter 12a for outputting each integrated count data where count data between specified reference times are integrated, an arithmetic unit 12b for calculating a relative ratio by dividing each integrated count data by an average value of each integrated count data for the past specified days or the average value plus the numerical value gotten by multiplying the standard deviation by a positive coefficient, an output device 12c for outputting alarm signals when the relative ratio is larger than a preset value and a LED board 15 enabling a manager for the animal to easily and firmly recognize lighting condition from plural directions.
