<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a guide rail 2 which is compact and has a small radius of curvature. SOLUTION: A non-contact feeding cable is provided on a guide rail 2 arranged on a floor surface of a clean room, and a pick up coil unit 18 of a rail truck 4 is fed with electricity. A pair of front and back guide roller units 16, 17 are attached to a bottom surface of the truck 4 so as to horizontally rotate, and guided by the rail 2. A driving wheel 12 is provided on the unit 16, 17 side in a center part in a back-and-forth direction and made to travel on the bottom surface. At front and back in the opposite side part, a pair of follower wheels 20, 21 are provided.</p> |
