SOLUTION: This method for producing a papaya-containing health food comprises adding yeast to papaya to ferment it for predetermined days by the action of the yeast and wild yeast inherently adhered to the papaya followed by adding lactobacillus to the thus fermented product to conduct the cocultivation of the above-mentioned yeast, wild yeast and lactobacillus.
