PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-performance alcohol absorption inhibitor derived from a natural product and excellent in economical efficiency and safety. SOLUTION: This alcohol absorption inhibitor is characterized by comprising (1) a plant of the genus Rhodiola of the family Crassulaceae and (2) at least one species of a plant selected from the group of a plant of the genus Salacia of the family Celastraceae, Aralia elata which is a plant of the family Araliaceae and Kochia scoparia which is a plant of the family Chenopodiaceae. |
