PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem experienced in the past that a tool tip of a small diameter could not be installed because there is a limit in the size of a screw for a current tool whose blade tip fastened by the screw can be replaced. SOLUTION: In order to solve a current problem as mentioned above, a tool tip is so devised as to be installed to the tip end part formed in a narrow groove shape of a tool holder by making use of difference caused by thermal expansion.
