PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform operations of connecting a pipe fitting with a riser pipe easily without dropping a bolt or mounting flange. SOLUTION: A mounting flange whereto a bolt 11 to be inserted from the rear surface 5c is attached provisionally, is mounted in the upper part of a lower riser pipe. To the bolt 11 penetrated by the mounting flange 5, a blot pressure contacting ring 14 formed in such a way as pressure contacting the shank 11b of the holt 11 is mounted at the flange 5 on its side with obverse surface 5b, and thereby the bolt 11 is hindered from slipping off, and a lock washer 6 is allowed to make interference at the reverse surface 5c of the mounting flange 5 so that the bolt 11 is precluded from turning together. The mounting flange 5 with all bolts 11 fastened provisionally is fastened to a pipe fitting by fastening a nut over the flange part of the pipe fitting, and connection of the pipe fitting with the lower riser pipe is completed.
