PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system utilizing a solar energy stored in all material (heat source) present in earth as energy of electricity and heat effective for human being. SOLUTION: A process (A) for carrying out vaporization by bringing liquid heat medium which vaporizes at a vicinity of temperature of a heat source into the heat source through a heat exchanger, and a process (B) for carrying out heat radiation of a vaporization heat medium by heating an object material to be heated through a heat exchanger other than the heat exchanger used in the process (A) under pressurization are coupled and circulated. A cubic expansion energy at the time of vaporization of the liquid heat medium in the process (A) and a heat radiation energy obtained in the process (B) are taken out and are used as a source such as electricity energy, motion energy and efficient heat energy.
