PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive ink jet recorder having excellent ink ejection characteristics and reliability by establishing a method for adhesion sealing a holder and a member having a needle with high mass productivity while ensuring sufficient hermetic performance and bonding strength. SOLUTION: After adhesion sealant, i.e., thermosetting silicon resin, is screen printed on the coating plane 37 of a member 3a having a needle and cured, that resin is screen printed again on that plane thus bonding the member 3a having a needle and a holder 2a integrally. Polycarbonate resin is optimal as the material of the member 3a having a needle and polyphenylene resin is optimal as the material of the holder 2a. The holder 2a is provided with an air vent 26 for releasing bubbles at the time of bonding.
