PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold structure for a press mold constituted so as to be capable of appropriately adjusting clamping force at every region of a skin material. SOLUTION: A plurality of clamp pads 50 for clamping a skin material 43 along with an upper mold 41 at a time of mold clamping is arranged to a lower mold 42 so as to be energized toward the upper mold 41 and the adjusting blocks 60 interposed between the upper mold 41 and the respective clamp pads 50 in a contact state at a time of the clamping of the upper and lower molds 41, 42 to adjust the clamping force of the clamp pads 50 to the skin material 43 are provided so as to respectively correspond to the clamp pads 50 and, by appropriately adjusting the height dimension H of the adjusting blocks 60, the clamping force of the skin material by the clamp pads 50 can be adjusted at every region of the skin material 43.
