<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an absorption tower compact and to make the whole of a desulfurizing device compact by preventing the sucking of bubbles to an absorbing solution circulating pump while accelerating the oxidation of a sulfite in an absorbing solution. SOLUTION: In the stack gas desulfurizing device having an absorption column 2 for removing soot and dust in waste gas and absorbing/removing SOx by allowing combustion waste gas to contact with the absorbing solution and having an absorption tower circulation tank 7 for temporarily storing the absorbing solution in which the SOx is absorbed and the sulfite is formed at the bottom part of the absorption column 2, and oxidizing the sulfite in the absorbing solution by supplying air in the vicinity of an agitating element of an agitator 18 for oxidation for agitating the absorbing solution provided at the side wall of the circulation tank 7, moreover having an absorbing solution circulation pump sucking part for sucking the absorbing solution in which the sulfite is oxidized by a circulating pump 17 provided at the side wall of the circulation tank 7 and for recirculating it to the absorption column 2, a bubble separating baffle 20 is provided at the absorbing solution circulation pump sucking part and also an agitator 21 for agitating the absorbing solution retaining in the baffle 20 is provided.</p> |
