PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a compact individual cleaning and recycling device for miscellaneous household effluent which may be easily installed to general home residences in order to subject the miscellaneous household effluent from homes which is the major cause for river pollution to a cleaning treatment in the respective homes and to recycle the cleaned water in the respective homes, is easy in daily use, maintenance and inspection and does not increase the cost of the cleaning treatment. SOLUTION: A settling chamber, biological filter camber, plural filter chambers, water storage chamber and filter membrane column are communicated in cascade. Aerating means and back flow washing means to the biological chamber and the filter cambers are added thereto. These setting chamber, biological filter camber, plural filter chambers, water storage chamber, sterilization chamber, filter membrane column, aerating means ad back flow washing means are lined up in the longitudinal direction of an outer casing to be installed in a small space of the home residence and are collectively disposed in this outer casing. The water level of a meeting inlet where the miscellaneous household effluent is once stored is detected with a water level detector and when this water level exceeds a prescribed value, a water saving alarm is emitted by receiving the detection signal from this level detector. |
