PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability for fixing a ceiling wind stop board. SOLUTION: A space 1a partitioned by a rail 1 is closed by a wind stop board 2 from the upper side of the rail 1, and the wind stop board 2 is fixed onto the rail 1 by a fixing means 3. The rail 1 is hung to the building frame side of a building through a pair of locking projecting strips 11d formed on the top face side of the rail 1. The fixing means 3 has a pair of bodies to be retained 31 inserted between the retaining projecting strips 11d and retained to the retaining projecting strips 11d and a position control body 32 controlling the upward movement of the wind stop board 2. The bodies to be locked 31 are deformed elastically in the direction that the bodies 31 are brought near mutually by the locking projecting strips 11d, returned elastically when the bodies 31 cross over the locking projecting strips 11d and enter to the inside, and brought to the state in which the bodies 31 are detained to the inside of the locking projecting strips 11d. |
