PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic control system enabling even unexperienced people to operate easily a thatched roof fumigating device already patented by the applicant. SOLUTION: When a difference Ts between the temperature of smoke and a set temperature is kept within a range [Tn] for a detection time t1n, an opening of an air supply port is increased/decreased Vn% and held for a standby time t2n, and it is kept controlled again. As a furnace temperature is increased, the detection time t1n, Vn and the standby time t2n are changed smaller. Further, To cope with opening increasing/decreasing effect, if quickly appearing, when the Ts is decreased to 50% of a absolute value for the temperature value Tn in the course of the standby time, it is controlled to be inversely increased/ decreased at a value of 50% of a numeric value Vn.
