PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use thinnings, which are available at a low cost in a construction site and which contribute to prevention of a devastated forest, as a face bar for preventing collapse of debris directly, and allow replacement afterwards. SOLUTION: A steel frame body 1 provided with column members 4 in its left and right sides and formed with a metal net face 7C in a backside separated with a back-filling space 11 is installed in a ground-leveled portion leveled after removing debris and the like in a sloping face. Round timber members 2 manufactured out of the thinnings and the like are arranged substantially hozizontally in a front face of the frame body. A clamper 3 of which the U-shaped parts 3A are engaged preliminarily with the respective round timber members is moved toward the column members 4 positioned in the left and right sides, and the column members 4 are clamped by locking parts 3B provided in backsides of the U-shaped parts and the round timber members 2 to fix the round timber members to the column members. The debris is back-filled into the back-filling space 11, and the frame body 1 is fixed via the net face 7C. The each round timber member 2 is removed when the clamper 3 is moved along the reverse direction.
