摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for control in order to efficiently and stably operate a vapor-phase oxidation reactional system for a hydrocarbon having a recycling process for recovering the unreacted hydrocarbon and recycling the recovered hydrocarbon to a reactor. SOLUTION: This method for control of a reactional system comprises a reactor fed with a raw material containing the hydrocarbon, oxygen and air or an inert gas, a separator connected to the reactor and a recycling loop for returning an effluent from the separator to the reactor. Furthermore, the method is characterized as controlling the total flow rate at an inlet for the reactor or the discharged flow rate from the reactor or separator by changing the flow rate of the air or inert gas fed to the vapor-phase oxidation reactional system and further controlling the ratio of the oxygen concentration to the hydrocarbon concentration in the effluent from the reactor or separator by changing the flow rate of the oxygen fed to the vapor-phase oxidation reactional system.
