PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a wire kinds, a locking portion of the wire is liable to break in a conventional suspension ring structure, and safety lowers, when slinging or coupling is performed with the wire. SOLUTION: Two hooks of which openings for attaching/detaching the wire are disposed in a part of a body are arranged is parallel with each other so that each opening are mutually positioned on the body side of the counterpart, and are supported rotatably in the insertion axial direction of the wire.
