PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To align tooth brush handles one by one from a hopper fed with many tooth brush handles, to successively take out the tooth brush handles and to stably supply the handles to a next process. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an oscillating mechanism for butting and arranging tip parts of oscillating plates 10a, 10b and oscillating the pair of oscillating plates 10a, 10b alternately in the vertical direction with the rotation spindle as a fulcrum by arranging the oscillating plates 10a, 10b along an extension direction of each inclined surface at tip parts of a pair of inclined side walls 7a, b. At tip parts of the oscillating plates 10a, b, partition plates 23a, b for adjusting butting gap are installed. The inside of an opening part 2 of a hopper 3 is partitioned into a plurality of handle feeding chambers 5 formed into substantially trapezoidal shapes in a plane view by a dividing plate 4. At a vertically upper position of the tip butting position of the oscillating plates 10a, b, a handle straightening plate 21 formed into a tear drop type in cross section is provided. Just under the tip butting position, a chute 17 for receiving a tooth brush handle A discharged from the hopper 3 and carrying out the handle A to a desired position is provided.
