PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crawler traveling device capable of always maintaining stable traveling performance without causing a change of a slant angle in a traveling device front part even if adjusting tension of a crawler belt, and allowing certain prevention of detachment of the crawler belt when adjusting the tension. SOLUTION: In this crawler traveling device, a foremost ground rolling wheel 2 among ground rolling wheels 2, 3, 4, a tension rolling wheel 5 and a guide rod 10 are installed to an adjustment rod 8 movable back and forth and fixable relatively to a truck frame 1 extending in the back-and-forth direction such that the ground rolling wheel 2, the tension rolling wheel 5 and the guide rod 10 move back and forth correspondingly to the back-and-forth movement of the adjustment rod 8. Thereby, the tension adjustment of the crawler belt 7 doesn't change position relation among the respective rolling wheels 2, 5, the guide rod 10 and the crawler belt 7 in the crawler traveling device front part.
