PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for issuing a commodity content and price displaying label issued by a retailer or a food-supplying worker at his/her own shop in response to information supplied by a raw material or semi-finished product supplier. SOLUTION: Code segment having meaning agreed between the two trading parties is stored at a part of commodity code in advance that is used between the trading parties. The commodity code is expressed in a commodity to be traded in a format that can be read directly or indirectly in a mechanical manner. A person receiving the commodity utilizes the agreed code segment of the commodity code of the commodity supplier, retrieves the commodity code of the commodity to be sold which is used individually and issues a display label for selling work.
