PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collector capable of safely exchanging a filter and to provide a safe filter exchanging method. SOLUTION: A filter 5 provided in a dust collecting chamber 1 and a coating material injection device 6 provided in the vicinity of the filter 5 and capable of injecting the coating material on the surface of the filter 5 are provided for the dust collector.
