PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric heating discoloring device satisfying convenience and toy performance, which is applied to form a thermal discoloring stamp image on a thermal discoloring toy element. SOLUTION: This electric heating discoloring device 1 is formed of a stamp member 2 having a soft elastic stamping surface 21 and an electric heating pad device 3 for heating the stamping surface 21. The pad device 3 comprises a pad surface consisting of a metallic or plastic material, an electric heating element closely arranged on the back of the pad surface, a power source battery 33 for carrying a current to the heating element, and a power source on-off switch 34, which are integrally mounted on a case 35.
