PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner surface cold-fair grinding method and an inner surface cold-air grinding device capable of grinding an inner surface rapidly with high accuracy even with the low rigidity of the grinding device and a spindle while minimizing the applied quantity of a grinding solution. SOLUTION: A cold air supply pipe 20 is disposed on the grinding wheel spindle 3 side, while a grinding solution supply pipe 14 and a ground chip discharge air supply pipe 16 are provided in a chuck side spindle 12. A grinding solution is supplied to a grinding point in a workpiece 2 through the grinding solution supply pipe 14, while cold air is supplied form the cold air supply pipe 20. Ground chips are blown off by compressed air supplied into the workpiece 2 through the ground chip discharge air supply pipe 16. The blown-off ground chips are recovered by a dust collecting pipe 18 and a water curtain generated from the upper part of the workpiece 2.
