PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixed type parking device having high convenience. SOLUTION: This elevator type parking device 10 having a plurality of parking rooms 20 is installed on the outside or inside of a building 1, part of the building 1 is used as the mobile parking lot 40, and part of the elevator type parking device 10 is used as entrances of the mobile parking lot 40. This elevator type parking device 10 has two kinds of operation modes including a first operation mode in which an elevator car 11 is directly moved between the entrance 10a of the parking device 10 and the entrances of the parking lot and a second operation mode in which the elevator car 11 is moved between the entrance 10a of the parking device 10 and the parking rooms 20.
