PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of an ink from a pen point when the centrifugal defoaming treatment is carried out and the impact of dropping is generated or the like by controlling the opening of a valve hole formed of an elastic material. SOLUTION: A valve device 3 with a valve hole 31 formed of an elastic material to be elastically deformed and opened in the diameter direction by the pressing operation of a pen point 21 in a main body 2 between the pen point 21 and an ink storage section 22. An ink 23 and a movable plug 24 are housed in the ink storage section 22. An annular weight member 6 movable in the axial direction is provided on the storage section 22. When the weight member 6 is moved forward, the member is brought into contact with a valve device 3 to press the valve device 3 in the closing direction of the valve hole 31. |
