PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a garlic-containing food free from garlic odor after eating. SOLUTION: When producing a garlic-containing food, proanthocyanidin is added in an arbitrary production process. Proanthocyanidin derived from grape is preferably added in a ratio of 0.2-10% based on addition amount of garlic in the garlic-containing food. |
