PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a quick-drying curing promoter for anα-cyanoacrylate-based adhesive, having a low smell and not damaging an appearance. SOLUTION: This curing promoter for theα-cyanoacrylate-based adhesive contains (A) an organic amine compound and (B) a keto-alcohol having a carbonyl group and a hydroxy group in the molecule.
