PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house capable of sufficiently keeping privacy for private rooms provided on the second floor. SOLUTION: A vestibule 1 is arranged on one end side of a building A, a staircase 5 to the second floor is arranged on the other end side of the building A, and a dining room 3 is arranged at the central portion of the first floor of the building A. A living room 2, a kitchen 4, and the staircase 5 are arranged around the dining room 3, and the staircase 5 is arranged at the depth after passing through the dinning room 3 from the vestibule 1.
