PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize the number of revolutions of a motor and to prevent the generation of sound associated with the rotation of the motor. SOLUTION: In a vibration generator which generates vibration by rotating a motor, a storage means for storing the driving signal values of the motor when the motor is rotated at a speed to make the sound by the rotation of the motor to be a prescribed value or below, and a measuring means for measuring the actual driving signal value of the motor are provided, and the motor is rotated on the basis of the measured actual driving signal value and the stored driving signal value to make the sound the prescribed value or below.
