PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for putting powder into a box (namely, a container for packing this powder) under control. SOLUTION: This device has a device body which terminates an opened lower portion within an end-sealing skirt and is connected to a powder injection port pipe and a gas extraction pipe, a valve which is adapted to cooperate with this end-sealing skirt, is controlled by a magnet device and is movable within the device body, a housing which is fixed to the lower portion of the device body, is opened in a central portion to allow the passage of the box and includes a movable device of a storage type for surely grasping and moving the cap of the box, a means which detects the amount of the powder in the box, at least one venting and rounding path which surely discharges the powder which can exist on the peripheral surface of the aperture of the housing and/or on the end-sealing skirt toward a unit for treating the powder.
