PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent colored round powder wherein transparency and chroma of pattern designs and pictures are high and gradation as a glass picture is easily performed and it is assimilated with glass and it has high wear resistance, weatherability, chemical resistance, water resistance and hardness and it has high productivity and the colored particles are easily prepared. SOLUTION: After a power and a synthetic transparent resin coating are well mixed and dried in accordance with uses for transparency, colored particles are prepared by attrition grinding or grinding the mixture and screening them through a screen with a mesh in accordance with uses. As the pigment, taking the transparency into consideration, a pigment with a fine particle size and being an organic pigment and with a refractive index being close to the value of a sticking agent is used. In a showering coating, by performing showering coating of the transparent resin coating instead of, showering Japanese lacquer of ground raised lacquer of the Japanese lacquer, the colored particles becomes more transparent and clearer. Showering-coated pattern designs and pictures are well dried and then ground and polished to assimilate them with the glass. A synthetic resin with high transparency, adhesive properties, wear resistance, weatherability, chemical resistance, water resistance, hardness, etc. is used.
