PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage disposer capable of easily coping with both of a built-in type and a stationary type corresponding to an installing part. SOLUTION: To this garbage disposer 11 where a garbage feeding port 12 is formed, one of a connection member 21 capable of communicably connecting an abandoning duct 42 provided on the part other than the disposer 11 and the feeding port 12 and an opening/closing lid capable of closing the feeding port 12 is made selectively attachable and detachable. That is, the feeding port 12 is formed into a shape capable of fitting the connection member 21 on the upper surface of the garbage disposer 11. Also, on the upper surface of the garbage disposer 11, a supporting part 14 capable of attaching and detaching the opening/closing lid and freely turnably supporting the opening/ closing lid in the attached state is formed. Thus, both of the built-in type and the stationary type are easily coped with corresponding to the part to install the garbage disposer 11.
