PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable massager capable of giving three types of massaging effects by incorporating a rolling mechanism, a massaging mechanism and a pointillage mechanism. SOLUTION: Both side drive shafts 21, 21 of a drive cylinder 2 for internally mounting a driving mechanism having a drive motor and a reduction gear are supported to an outer frame 4 of a case body 1. A pair of drum-like cylinders 3, 3 for installing rubbing members 34 at a predetermined interval at an outer peripheral edge are engaged at a predetermined interval at both outer peripheries of the cylinder 2. A pair of discs 31, 31 are obliquely loosely engaged at opposed face sides of both the cylinders 3, 3 at the center of the cylinder 2 to conduct a rolling massage and a rubbing massage. The both sides of the cylinder 2 are interleaved at a driven bar 5 supported to the frame 4 through an interlocking mechanism 6 at a predetermined interval, a pointillage member 52 is vertically projected and retracted by a cam member 51 provided at the bar 5 to pointillage massage or vibration massage.
